We accept only novel, previously unpublished papers. Authors are requested to use IEEE conference paper style and limit their submission to 5 pages (including all text, figures, and references) - one additional page possible, additional payment may be required. Paper submission is handled via EDAS. Accepted papers must be presented at the workshop. Presenters must be registered for the workshop. Failure to register will result in withdrawal of the paper from the workshop proceedings and the program. All papers selected for publication will be included in the IEEE ICC proceedings and IEEE digital library.
